Healthcare professional consulting with patient Established in the heart of Sioux City in 1999, Multicare Health Clinic began as a vision to bring advanced chiropractic, medical, and physical therapy together under one roof. Founded by Dr. Scott Sneller, a Siouxland native with over twenty years of local experience, the clinic was built on the principle that true healing comes from a comprehensive, multidisciplinary team. Over the years, Multicare has welcomed more providers, developed innovative treatment programs, and embraced the latest technology, but has never lost sight of its family-friendly, community-focused roots. Patients and families still walk through our doors expecting to be greeted by name and treated like neighbors, not numbers.

Dr. Scott Sneller, D.C.

Chiropractor

A Siouxland native, Dr. Sneller has been in practice locally for over twenty years now. Before that, Palmer College of Chiropractic had honored him as the Most Outstanding Graduate of his Doctorate of Chiropractic program in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Sneller had practiced at Sneller Chiropractic Health Center before acting as Clinic Director of Multicare Health Clinic. Recipient of the Community Involvement Award and past President of the Northwest District of Iowa, Dr. Sneller also serves as an active member of the Iowa Chiropractic Society, Christian Chiropractors Association, American Academy of Pain Management, and the International Chiropractic Association. Dr. Sneller continually strives to create the best combination of expertise with genuine results at restoring your health and guiding you in a most personalized approach to overall wellness.

Dr. Joel Pistello, D.C.

Chiropractor

Dr. Joel Pistello, DC, graduated from Graceland University for undergrad in 2008 and from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 2011. Before practicing at Multicare, he received his Doctorate from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, KS. Dr. Pistello attended Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa, before attending Cleveland, where he received a Bachelor of Biology with a minor in Theology. Dr. Pistello is excited to be in a multidisciplinary setting where he can treat patients more effectively and comprehensively! He continually strives to create the best combination of treatments to restore your health and help you to achieve overall wellness.

Physical Therapist Dr. Nichole Dybsetter

Dr. Garry Clark, D.O., A.C.O.F.P.

Medical Doctor

Dr. Clark is a board-certified family physician specializing in occupational medicine, providing medical services for personal, accidental, and work-related injuries. Dr. Clark has been the Medical Director at Multicare Health Clinic since 2001. Before Multicare Health Clinic, he provided occupational medical services for Concentra Medical Centers in Texas and Keno Community Hospital in Tucson, Arizona. He was associated with Grandview Medical Clinic at the Sergeant Bluff Clinic and St. Luke's Regional Center from 1989 to 1999. He has been in medical practice for over 30 years since graduating from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Nichole Dybsetter, DPT

Physical Therapist

Dr. Nichole Dybsetter, DPT, is the head of the physical therapy department at Multicare. Graduating from USD in 2014, she joined Multicare in 2021. Nichole Dybsetter, DPT, grew up in Milbank, SD, and graduated from high school in 2006. She then attended undergraduate school at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2011. Nichole then went on to graduate school at the University of South Dakota and graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2014. Nichole joined the Multicare Health Clinic team in August 2021. She enjoys working with all ages and restoring patients to a pain-free way of living. In her spare time, Nichole enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, golfing, exercising, and camping.

Sara Oehm PTA

Physical Therapy Assistant

Sara is a Physical Therapy Assistant here at Multicare. She grew up in Ida Grove and went to Briar Cliff. She completed the PTA program at Western Iowa Tech.
